Quercetin

Quercetin is a chemical discovered naturally in a number of ingredients including apples, onions, teas, berries, plus red wine. This flavonoid is also found in quite a few herbs such as ginkgo biloba and E. John's wort.

Quercetin acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals—the chemical by-products this harm cell walls and damage GENETIC MATERIAL. Available as a supplement, quercetin also includes antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties
